Development Technology
Amitive’s application development platform has been purpose-built to serve customer and industry specific requirements with breakthrough document-centric process oriented technology that better enables inter-enterprise business process management that is directly and seamlessly tied to intra-enterprise source applications.
Available software platforms have been generally built for either a class of applications (e.g. Salesforce.com for CRM, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics for ERP, Success Factors for HR), or for building specific applications (e.g. Force.com for functional point solutions, SuiteFlex to complement NetSuite’s core business processes). Amitive is both flexible and agnostic to enable us to build applications to support the inter-enterprise business processes for multiple solution/application types including:

Data Schema-Independent Architecture
Network, multi-enterprise processes are unique and specific to the business problems inherent in each specific industry. Pre-defined data schema, the hallmark of packaged software, is effective for ERP with standardized processes and minimal variability. This rigidity is, however, a limiting factor for inter-enterprise applications and their unique, dynamic nature. Amitive embraces flexibility and enables it with a patent-pending schema independent architecture that is ideal for such unique application environments.
Document-Centric Application Framework
Amitive looks at business processes from a different, what we believe to be a more creative point of view -- how is the data organized, packaged, and securely transmitted so that it’s received as information and not simply data. In the Amitive framework, the “document” is the container of information for all inter-enterprise processes. While traditional software application solutions are process centric with documents within a process, Amitive is document-centric with each document defined by data, rules and workflows and user specific UI. This speeds development and ensures ongoing flexibility for change typical of dynamic business process networks.

Public Cloud
Amitive can also be delivered via your cloud of choice (such as Amazon’s EC2, Go-Grid or any similar cloud environment), providing superior cost, flexibility and enhanced scalability. In Public Cloud, in addition to that provider’s service capabilities, Amitive can also provide dynamic server resource management based on schedule and utilization to optimize hardware utilization, maximize performance, and minimize cost in the cloud computing datacenter. Now you can scale seamlessly through the dynamic ebb and flow of corporate activity without the traditional need for dedicated computing capacity. By scaling through shared community hardware resources, the Public Cloud option provides high performance, low cost, and green enterprise computing.
Amitive Cloud
Amitive can be delivered via our private cloud. In this model, Amitive manages a customer account via our multi-tenant servers in the secure datacenter of our world class infrastructure partner. This offering is on-demand and delivered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
