Mitrix Appoints Glenn Jones as Vice President of Customer Solutions
SaaS Expert Joins Leader in On-Demand Supply Chain Management

IRVINE, Calif. – March 8, 2008 – Mitrix, Inc., a premier on-demand supply chain management (SCM) technology provider, today announced the appointment of Glenn Jones as vice president of customer solutions. In this role, Jones will be responsible for building and leading the professional services strategy to develop industry solution templates, on-board new customers and upgrade existing customers.   

With more than 24 years experience in leading teams to build, deploy and maintain high quality software products and software as a service (SaaS) solutions, Mr. Jones will play a significant role in delivering Mitrix’s next-generation of on-demand supply chain management solutions to customers worldwide.

Prior to joining Mitrix, Mr. Jones led globally distributed engineering teams at i2 Technologies and One Network Enterprises to develop next generation supply chain management and execution products and solutions. At One Network Enterprises, he successfully led the SaaS operations team to maintain high availability services for ONE’s on-demand solution. He also held engineering leadership positions at The Fanfare Group, Avaya and Raytheon, Inc., where he developed complex network device testing and test automation, contact center reporting, image processing, storage management and process management products and solutions. Mr. Jones holds a BS in industrial engineering, with a focus in operations research, from Texas A&M University.
